The new building is scheduled to ਍ഀ open in the Fall of 2008, and will house both the Police and Fire Departments. ਍ഀ According to project manager, Liz Arasmith, the new Public Safety Campus is the ਍ഀ first building to be constructed at The Bluffs. "The City is excited to have its ਍ഀ new Public Safety Campus near the entrance to The Bluffs development. The proximity ਍ഀ to Emergency Service should be attractive to Future Tenants."਍ഀ ਍ഀ First Phase Now Open਍ഀ ਍ഀ The first phase of The Bluffs is ready for developers. The initial phase includes sites ranging from 1.5 acres to਍ഀ more than 25 acres in size. The total community will encompass 200 acres of਍ഀ developable land with another 190 acres set aside for roadways and natural਍ഀ green space.਍ഀ ਍ഀ Roundabout and Entryway Now Open਍ഀ ਍ഀ Work has been completed on a new intersection and entry point to The Bluffs਍ഀ of Sugar Creek. The roundabout is designed to provide convenient access to਍ഀ all phases of the new business community and efficiently move traffic on the਍ഀ major thoroughfares that connect The Bluffs to the Kansas City area and਍ഀ beyond.਍ഀ ਍ഀ ਍ഀ ਍ഀ ਍ഀ ਍ഀ ਍ഀ
